Highly pigmented shadow that applies evenly and feels ultra-velvety and silky. This long wearing formula contains a unique combination of softer powders which adheres easily to the eyes, gives a soft focus effect, and blends smoothly and evenly.

I bought this primarily for Hyacinth. That one colour is rare and it shows up great on my pale complexion. I use Peony, Full Sun, Freshly Cut, Feeling Grounded, and Potting Mix the most often. The colours pair well with a lot of my other palettes, such as Sweet Talk, and It's All Good. I am not a fan of the chunky glitter of Thrive at all, although that may just be personal preference. My largest reason for not rating this higher is the awful smell. I tried leaving it open to air out but to no effect. No other Colourpop products smell like this. Perhaps they tried to make it floral scented and failed? Either way, I depotted it and found that dispersing it throughout my magnetic palettes helps diffuse the smell.

I absolutely love this palette! I’ve had it for a few years now and the colors are beautiful and vibrant, the formula is soft and pigmented without much fallout, and it blends well. My most used shades are The Knot, Moon Struck, and DTR. I’m absolutely obsessed with the shadow formula, it’s just amazing. I always use a primer because my eyelids are oily, but it doesn’t wear off more than normal for me. I’d definitely recommend this for someone that wants to try more colorful looks with the warm berry tones but also wants the versatility of having neutral shades. I wish they’d bring this palette back because I love the color story so much and want others to try it!

In terms of formula, this palette is pretty consistent with Colourpop's formula -- fairly pigmented while still being easy to blend. I just wish the lightest matte shade (Locked and Loaded) was a creamier, less firmly packed formula because on my light-medium skin tone, I use it to set my eyes. This shade being more firmly packed makes it harder to pick up more product at a time, and thus more time-consuming to set my entire eye (unlike the lightest matte shades in the Yes, Please! and Give It to Me Straight palettes, which are less firmly packed and thus easier to set my eyes with). Regardless, this isn't a deal breaker. As for the color story, it's a nice warm neutral that's works well for everyday use. However, though the shimmers I feel have a decent range of depth, the matte shades skew on the lighter side (versus, for example, the Brown Sugar palette). Consequently, I can't achieve dramatic looks as dramatic as I would prefer to create, and I wouldn't really suggest it for anyone with a skin tone deeper than the medium tan range.

At first, I was skeptical about Colourpop Cosmetics. It's relatively cheap and I had been hearing mixed opinions on the brand. I had previously tried the No Filter Concealer, and was pretty impressed so I decided to start pretty neutral and basic. So far, I'm very happy about my purchase. The shadows are super buildable and the shimmers are creamy and pigmented. The color story, even though it's very neutral, is diverse. There's a beautiful range of cool, warm, and berry tones in the palette.

Good Sport is such a good color story and formula! The shimmery/metallic shades do have some fallout, but once I set my face with setting spray, I don't have much of a problem throughout the day except for "Rookie". And I'm willing to make an exception for it because it's so pretty, and I can brush the little sparkles around on my cheeks to make it look like a bit of highlight. Ebb is a stunning green metallic shade that looks good on its own, as a liner, or with other colors. The mattes are all very pigmented and buildable at the same time with the exception of Flow, which is the eggplant purple in my version of the palette. It still works, but I find it needs a bit more finessing. You won't find a much better yellow than Trooper. One of my favorite things about this palette is how easy it is to get a quick I-need-to-get-ready-for-work-NOW look with just a lid shade and a lower lash line shade, because all of the colors look good with one another. I could literally choose two shades, bingo style, and just use one on my lid/crease and one on my lower lash line and call it good. On the other hand, I can also go ham and use several shadows to glam it up. This continues to reign as my favorite ColourPop palette and one of the most often used palettes in my fairly extensive collection. I would absolutely repurchase this or buy the corresponding singles to rebuild it if I panned more than a couple of shades or lost it. This palette proves that ColourPop is capable of some truly stunning, interesting, unexpected but cohesive color stories.

I love this palette, especially for creating more "sunset" themed looks. At first glance, the color story might appear a little odd, as its warm tones and some purples, with three seemingly random greens thrown in, but after playing around with this for a while, everything goes together very well. Wear time is 12+ hours with the Wet N Wild primer, but even without primer it lasts on for for 6 or 7 hours without creasing. Everything is pigmented, but not too pigmented, if that makes sense. The matte dark green can become a bit muddy if blended out too much, but I still highly recommend this if you're interested in a ColourPop palette.

This is such a great palette, which is why it sells out all the time. I love the color story and the color payoff is great, especially fora $12 palette!

Not a horrible palette, but not one I find myself reaching for very often - this palette looked gorgeous in swatches/photos, but once I got it I was unimpressed. I find it very difficult to create eye looks using only this palette, and that I only use about half of the shades in the palette. The pigmentation could be better on 3-4 shades, and while I like the colour selection the palette is not very cohesive overall. Also, there's something about the packaging of this particular Colour Pop palette that I don't find very appealing. Knowing what I know now, I don't think I would purchase it/repurchase it.

Skydancer, the purple, is one of my favorite lilac purple eyeshadows of all time. Wish it came as a single, I'm tempted to rebuy the palette just for that color. There are a handful of other really pretty colors in this palette, too. The shimmers have lovely duochrome qualities!

Gorgeous smaller palette for year-round looks, both day and night! I love this palette for travelling! There are some gorgeous matte and shimmer shades in this palette that I can use to create natural or glam looks! I do find that this palette has quite a bit of fallout on the matte shades, and that a couple shimmer shades could be more pigmented. Overall, however, I believe that this palette is definitely worth purchasing!
