Colour Pop Boudoir Noir 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette ($18.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a new, limited edition 12-pan palette that includes a mix of matte, shimmer, and glitter shades. The overall color story had a more muted, yellow-to-olive leaning to it, which made it a little less redundant compared to other neutral palettes released by the brand.
The mattes were often pigmented but moderately powdery, so I'd definitely recommend applying one's eyeshadow ahead of base products. The shimmers were drier and/or more loosely-pressed, so they were also prone to fallout and were better applied with a dampened brush.
